graphic I first came to Denise when I was recovering from injury, & as a professional race car driver & equestrian, it was important for me to get my fitness & strength back in the right way. Denise has helped me to do just the right amount of training without causing re-injury, but at the same time has been pushing me harder each week. I now feel that I am getting closer to a level of fitness that I have not had for a long time, and it feels great! Throughout my competition season I will be looking forward to the sessions that I have with Denise as I know that my performance can only improve.

Hi Denise,  

Been meaning to do this for ages, still better late than never eh...  

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Bootcamp & more than that, how amazed I was with my results - I truly doubted that I could move any weight/body fat, so was well chuffed when I did! 

However, the real test is afterwards, so I'm very pleased to report that with my continued new eating regime (which wasn't far from what I was doing but your tweaks have made all the difference), I am still following advice & eating more, but I have been at the gym less for one reason or another, yet have still kept the weight the same as it was at the end of Bootcamp - hurrah!! 

I loved the whole outdoors part of it, I recognise that I'm far from the fastest runner or fittest person but never at any point did I feel inadequate, you make everyone feel that they CAN DO IT!!! So thank you for that.

My last point is, how on earth can you do a Bootcamp without nutrition?! Surely that's just doing a gym class outdoors......

Like most people nowadays I realise the importance of exercise & the benefits it brings you. But again like most people, I was getting very bored with the same-old-same-old at the gym.  So I decided to try something different - enter Denise & Bootcamp!!

I have to say the results are quite staggering in such a short space of time. After my Initial Consultation & dietary advice, it was all systems go!

The actual Bootcamp is great, no matter what level of fitness you have, you will definitely see results. Every session is different, so you are motivated & enthused for the whole duration of the Bootcamp.

As I said earlier the results are quite staggering - personally I lost 4% body fat, a result which I was amazed at.

I'm so glad I took the chance with Denise & Bootcamp, but what I would say to you is
this - It’s not a chance, it’s a guarantee!!

The other benefit you get from Denise, is an education on how important your food is. I work as a chef, yet I still picked up a wealth of knowledge from her - so much so that I have implemented a few changes at work. The biggest change I feel I have made is by reducing the salt that we cook with & I have had some very positive comments with regards to this.

graphic After just a few sessions with Denise I can actually see the results & feel the difference in my fitness. That didn't happen when I did my own thing in the gym. It's amazing what you can achieve with the right guidance & motivation. She has helped me prepare to run the London Marathon by giving me an interesting program that has given me both strength & stamina. Denise has shown me such a variety of exercises (including my personal favourite 'gloves & pads!') you could never get bored & there's still more to do. I really look forward to each session, even though I have to work hard, because it's so much fun & I feel really good after!

Training with Denise has helped me to both understand & benefit from training the right way. I've always tired to keep myself fit but I never had any focus in what I was doing. Denise has taught me how to achieve great results by looking at the whole picture.

By eating properly & keeping a food diary, by strengthening my core muscles & working my heart rate zones, i've dramatically increased my fitness. The difference between Denise & others has been the personal help & support i've received whilst training. Its not easy changing your diet or pushing yourself harder than before, so having someone with you to encourage you & support you is priceless. Denise has the ability to get the most out of you, but at the same time helps you to enjoy it. I would recommend Denise to anyone!

I never used to have any interest in exercise, I just saw it as a necessary evil!  And then I met Denise & everything changed.....

She has given me something I never thought possible, a love of keeping fit.  Her passion for fitness is infectious, you can’t help wanting to catch the fitness bug! 

My life has completely changed for the better & that’s all down to Denise.  I love going for my Personal Training sessions with Denise, as they are never the same thing twice - she keeps you on your toes with a smile on your face! Denise is a top-class fitness professional! She is an inspiring Personal Trainer who has encouraged & motivated me to make positive changes in my training & to improve my diet. I had lost interest in exercise & I needed a kick-start to get back on track.

Denise is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about fitness & nutrition, & this comes through in all of her training sessions. In a short time, I gained the confidence to try new training methods - she has motivated me to push my perceived limits & achieve my fitness goals - my confidence & passion for exercise has been re-ignited!

By following her nutritional advice & meal plans, my overall health & well-being has improved - I now have more energy to train for longer & at a higher intensity. The boxing & martial arts training with Denise has been a revelation.....the perfect way to improve my balance & core stability, tone my abdominals & relieve stress!

Being a life long dieter & person who has constantly watched what they eat, to be told that they need to eat more is a very hard message to accept - this goes against everything I have ever thought! Denise made it very clear that training correctly & eating frequently are the key drivers for achieving great results. & she is always there to lend a helping hand to my constant flow of nutritional questions.....!

For me fitness has always been a big part of my life, be it through my Sports Science Degree or participation in team sports, I have always led an active life. When Denise challenged me to participate in her Bootcamp & insisted that if I followed her advice properly I would see great results, I was a little sceptical...... Well, I followed the advise for the 4 weeks & did everything I was told & lost 4% Bodyfat!

Hints & tips that I learnt will stay with me for a lifetime! The outside training during Bootcamp was first-class & really pushed me physically.

I also regularly take part in Denise's weekend spin class, which is the best way to start the weekend - again, the variety in the class always challenges me physically - top-notch!

Being a 'fully qualified' Clinical Nutritionist gives that person an in-depth knowledge of how different foods affect the body & the consequences of not eating properly!

Being a Fitness Instructor myself, i was totally unaware of the damage i was doing to my body with the combination of too many classes & not eating the right food.


Denise re-educated me with my eating habits, with REAL FOOD, not with a quick-fix bottle of magic & i now look & feel healthier than i ever have & i have lots more energy - which my class participants are not overly happy with, as it means more work for them!!
