What's Involved

I use the latest & most natural approach to exercise called Functional Fitness Training which involves training the body in a natural way & emulating the movements that we use in daily life like: bending, twisting, squatting, pushing & pulling. This type of fitness training uses more muscles & therefore burns more calories. It replicates human movements, which carries over into our daily life, feels natural to perform & is extremely safe & fun!

Burn calories even when watching TV...
Functional fitness training targets more muscles & causes more muscle tissue to tone quicker. Muscle is more metabolically active than body fat & needs 10 times as many calories than fat to live. So functional exercise training leads to immediate calorie expenditure, but also helps us to keep burning calories even after our fitness training is over - Bonus!

What's Involved...?
A full consultation with a health & fitness check, to determine your current health & fitness level & what goals you wish to achieve will be discussed.

A true calculation of your Body Composition (Bodyfat, Muscle/Lean Mass) can be undertaken if desired. 

Flexibility, strength & range of movement will be established.  Postural & biomechanical assessments will highlight if there is a need for corrective exercises to put things back the way they should be.

A specialised cardiovascular exercise program to help burn those calories, improve your lung function & strengthen your heart to make you feel alive!

A functional Fitness Training Programme to burn calories, accelerate your metabolism, improve joint stability & keep your bones strong & healthy!

Nutrition advice following completion of a Food Diary & a weight-loss programme designed to suit your needs, if desired.

Various equipment will be used, including stability balls, Bosu, medicine balls, resistance bands, weights, boxing gloves & pads, etc.
