Like with any sport, The Art of Martial Arts Training is a progression. But your progression is only as good as your trainer! As an Established Group Exercise Coach, qualified to teach various forms of Martial Arts & with heaps of experience, i work in-line with traditional training methods & techniques, with continual advice & support from experienced & qualified Coaches & Professionals.
As a Group Exercise Coach, I offer a unique combination of training in the world of Martial Arts. I will ensure you have a very down-to-earth mixture of fun, excitement & enthusiasm in your training sessions - you will leave the room feeling fresh, alive, invigorated, energized, confident & ready to take on the world!

Boxing is still seen as the prime means of self-defence. Boxing is not only an amazing art, but also a science. Partly poetry of movement, yet partly brutal - the lure of Boxing is very strong...
The training is wholesome & complete, resulting in bodies that are lean & toned. Lets not forget fitness of the mind too, minds that are free of aggression & fear. How unfortunate Boxer training isn't part of the school curriculum too....
Boxing is a sport & a profession, for both men & women. They are taught to hone their skills the hard way by Professional Coaches, who know how to find the 'fighter within', while keeping them within the confines of a particular weight.

Boxing & other forms of Martial Arts Training for Fitness is an ideal alternative if you want to get fit using the basic principles of Boxing & Martial Arts Training, as opposed to simply using Weight-Training, Aerobics, Running, etc.

Martial Arts Training will improve your strength, both of body & mind. It will improve both your aerobic & anaerobic fitness, your agility, speed, co-ordination & both muscular & cardiovascular endurance, as well as providing a means of self-defence!

Remember...
Initially, Boxing Gloves will be provided, but we do encourage participants to invest in their own Boxing Gloves. Gloves can get very sweaty when training, therefore, they are very personal to you! Ask a member of staff for further advice or to purchase equipment...
Please ensure you wear adequate footwear & clothing suitable for an active fitness session & importantly, don't forget to bring some water & a towel!
